Party Hire for that Special Occassion

Are you looking for a venue for your group to meet or somewhere to hold a special event? Kingswells Community Centre and Webster Park provide different options with modern facilities.
 
How to Hire a Centre for a Party or Event

• We only hire out the centres for private events on a Saturday afternoons and evenings.

• The minimum time we hire out for is 3 hours, this includes setting up and tidy up time.

• You will need to complete our hire form and make payment to secure your booking.

• Charges are currently £67.50 for 3 hours at the main centre and £60 for 3 hours at Webster Park. Additional time can be booked at £22.50 & £20 per hour respectively.

• There is also a deposit from £30 for parties on top of the hire charge of either centre, larger events may incur a higher deposit, which are returned if our T&Cs on our form are followed.

• Parties must be paid in full before the event can go ahead.

• We only hire out the centre space, you must supply food and entertainment.

• Only the main Community Centre is big enough for inflatables, Webster Park is not.
