Kingswells Gala
Since its launch in 2021, the Kingswells Gala has grown considerably in size and popularity. What began with an oversized barbecue and a small number of stalls developed into an event attended by nearly 2,000 people in 2023. Visitors were transported to Webster Park to enjoy food vans, bars, more than 30 stalls, inflatables, live entertainment and a wide range of family activities.
In 2027, we aim to build on that success by delivering an even bigger and more inclusive community event. We want to provide entertainment, activities, facilities and attractions that are accessible and enjoyable for everyone, while creating lasting memories for families across Kingswells and the surrounding area.

Delivering an event of this scale requires a significant amount of time, planning and teamwork. We greatly appreciate the support of volunteers and welcome help from anyone who can spare even a small amount of time, either in the lead-up to the event or on the day itself. No special skills or previous experience are required. There are roles to suit different interests and levels of availability, and every offer of help is valuable.
To make the 2027 Gala our biggest and best yet, we are seeking support from local businesses, organisations and community partners. Sponsorship enables us to offer more entertainment, activities and facilities while helping to keep the Gala welcoming, affordable and accessible to everyone. Businesses can support us through financial sponsorship, by sponsoring an attraction or activity, or by donating products, services or prizes.
In return, sponsors will receive recognition for their support and opportunities to promote their business to the local community. Whether your business can sponsor a major attraction or make a smaller contribution, every offer of support will make a real difference.
